After watching FOODMATTERS and HUNGRY for CHANGE, I needed to know more. These two movies are about eating a diet consisting of entirely plant based foods. These movies are pro vegan, I did watch more documentaries listed below that are also from the extreme point of view of vegetarianism or veganism. I can sympathize from purely an animal lovers point of view. That being said, I felt that if I was going to change my life I needed to take baby steps, and not be completely persuaded one way or another. In order for me to succeed in this new journey of clean eating I know I need to find a healthy balance with my food. I cannot say that one day I might become vegetarian, but today is baby steps.
Slow and steady wins the race.

I watched all of these just recently on Netflix and found all to be enlightening. Again I could get pulled into many different directions when watching these films such as vegetarianism, worried about the planet, worried about animal treatment ect. All these things affect me and I have decided again baby steps. Learning to eat healthier is step 1, who knows where it will take me in the future. I suggest thinking of what is most important to you and your journey before watching these. I would love others input if there are other good movies to watch. I want to get more educated on this subject.
