For those of you who are OBSESSED with Pinterest as I am, this may be the challenge for you.
I have a Health and Fitness board on Pinterest, I have been "pinning" workouts for a year and not once have I done any of them. This got me thinking of what I could do to challenge myself in April and ta-da below is what bloomed.
I created a calendar of what type of exercises I wanted to do then went through my Pinterest board and matched exercises. I encourage you to make your own or feel free to follow mine. I would love comments if you do try a Pinterest challenge.
